he University of Alabama needed to reconfigure their Lakeside Dining facility after initial designs proved to be drastically inefficient, as the various food concepts were indistinguishable from one another and failed to sufficiently engage the student population.
Working directly with the architecture firm CMH, operator Aramark, and foodservice design consultant Foodesign Associates, theFUZE provided new concepts, with full branding and signage coordination. This resulted in 8 unique food concepts included within the Lakeside facility: University Bakery, Sola Fusion Taqueria, Yoshoku Japanese Tepanyaki, Glutinvs Minimvs, Crimson Fresh, 1831 Kitchen, Bama Burger Bar and Churrasco Brazilian Grill.
