The client needed a 4 week turnaround on two full website redesigns in order to reveal their new look and functionality at NAFEM 2017, a major bi-annual trade show for food equipment manufacturers.
Our team not only delivered 2 first-class, responsive sites–the client found mid-stream that they could not supply the content for automating the import of their 2000+ products. Our agile production team put in the 200+ hours of overtime needed to manually enter each piece of content to ensure the sites were a finished product prior to the client’s firm deadline!
We are using our recommended Growth Driven Design methodology with Ali Group. These 2 website launches completed Phase 1, and we are meeting with the client monthly to review ongoing user-data that informs future enhancements over the next 12 months.
